This policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness in our returns and refund process.

We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.

B. Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within the UK.
Once your return request is approved, we will email you a Royal Mail pre-paid return label and instructions.

C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • An item is damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item or wrong size.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

D. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • A different size
  • A different style (within the same price range)
  • Replacement of defective or damaged items

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

E. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

F. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

G. Unused Discounts

Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase.
We do not provide refunds or adjustments for unused discount codes after an order has been completed.
