We currently only ship to UK addresses.

B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time

  • Transit Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch.
  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

C. Delivery Method

We use Royal Mail as our primary shipping carrier to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

D. Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@legendsbox.co.uk.

E. Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

F. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a parcel that appears damaged:

  • If possible, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
  • If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at support@legendsbox.co.uk with photos of the damage.

G. International Orders

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be placed for delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.
